We live as One

Death, Pain, Despair
All aspects of the bloody World War I
I feel, I see, I hear
Bones cracking, bombs bursting

I feel as if i had just been jumped by eighty men
My feet frozen, my skin burning, the gas killing my men
All i hear are the screams of innocent soldiers
being blown to smitherines, and being captured from head to toe

Nothing can stop us now
Were in the mood for killing any man to get in our way
Letters sent from home
saying they're waiting for our coming of tomorrow
hoping yesterday wasn't the last day spent with us

They say war is painful
I say there is no feeling like war
knowing that you could go to sleep
and await for no wake tomorrow

Your friends being blown away
you really feel you cant say
I want to go home

This is my duty to my country
I will bleed from head to toe if I must
No more pain, no more dust
all will live forever
Whether alive in soul
or at heart
We live as one.
